V70 Door Powet Lock Not Working

Hi i have a 2009 v70 r design message says drivers door open but the door is closed when you get out and try to lock with fob it does not plus mirrors dont fold or alarm is not set ali.

The lock on interior of door only lifted half way and went back down when i tried to open using the door handle. Fuel gage not working unlock function on the power locks not working rear wiper not working and backup lights not working. It locks and unlocks manually just fine. Waiting for secondary key holder to check if their key works in case the problem is with my key.

I looked through the fuses and did not find a problem. I called volvo and was told it may be the locking system. Remove the door panel carefully and have a magnetic pickup tool handy to fish in the bottom of the door for any parts that fell to the bottom when the latch let go. May 7 2018.
